Show Dance - Saturday 30th August

We have now arranged a Disco/Meet on the Saturday Night before the show. We would like to invite all our members and the visiting clubs to come along and join in the fun.

The fuction is to be held at the Aberdeen Airport Thistle in Aberdeen in the Premier Suite with disco and buffet.

It will be £8.50 per person for the disco and buffet. We will NEED numbers 2 weeks in advance. Please contact Gary (details on Flyer) if you would like to go.

The buffet consists of:

Sandwiches and Wraps

Honey and Sesame Sausage Rolls

Finger Wedges of assorted Quiche

Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon Pastry Cups

BBQ Chicken Wings

Mini Chocolate Eclairs

Tea, Coffee and Shortbread

We have also agreed a special rate for staying at the hotel for anyone who is going to the Club Show. The rooms are as follows:

Single £40 B&B

Double £49 B&B

Family £65 B&B

Also if any of the club members are staying they will start breakfasts

at 7.00am instead of 8, so we can get up to Alford to setup.
